River Rock Team

Our executive team is second to none, both in experience and in dedication to our families.
They make River Rock home.

Dana Jackson
Executive Director

With over a decade of experience in senior assisted living, Dana Jackson brings a passionate heart to her work.   And that passionate heart drives her to add the personal touch to everything she does, including checking in every day with each resident, wanting to know if they slept well, if they’re having a good day.  “I can’t sleep at night if I don’t believe I’ve made a difference in the lives of ‘my’ residents,” she says, focusing on her drive to make sure all River Rock residents live life to the fullest, making each of them family.

“This is not my job,” Dana continues.  “It’s a privilege and a blessing that I am thankful for every day.  My goal is to make sure that residents, from the day they walk in, know that I’m truly passionate about them as individuals and about the quality of their care.”

Dana has specialized training in Adult Care Home Personnel and Alzheimer’s Care, but it’s her heart and her absolute dedication to her resident family that make her perfect for River Rock.

She and her husband, Master Gunnery Sgt. Daniel Jackson, have five (5) children and are anxious to make Jackson Hole a permanent home after years of traveling throughout her husband’s 25-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Ross Baker
Maintenance Director

With over 25 years in the construction and building industries, we can count on Ross to keep everything running smoothly at River Rock.   His additional experience as a maintenance engineer provides him with valuable knowledge about the physical well being of the residence, and we’re grateful to have him on our team.  More importantly, Ross has had many “grandparents” at the residence over the years with whom he enjoys and treasures his interaction.   Known to play games with the residents, or entertain them by playing the piano or guitar, Ross is treasured by our River Rock residents and their families as well.
